Delete your Pawpularity account

How to permanently delete your account and associated data.

You can delete your Pawpularity account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app. No request or waiting period is required — it happens immediately.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently and irreversibly removes:

• your account and email/login credentials;
• your pet profile — username, pet name, and uploaded photo;
• every rating you have cast, and the ratings others cast on your pet;
• any reports and blocks associated with your account;
• your Super Scritch balance and the in-app purchase records we hold.

Can't access the app?

If you can't sign in, request deletion by emailing arcanesystemsinc@gmail.com from the email address on your account. We will verify and action the request within 30 days.

What may be retained

Completed purchase transactions are retained by Google Play as the payment processor in accordance with their policies and applicable law; deleting your Pawpularity account does not delete records Google is legally required to keep. We may retain minimal records where required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse.
